新一代高通量技术在龋病相关的口腔菌群宏基因组学研究中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 龋病是人类最普遍的感染性疾病.针对龋病的病因学研究、风险评估乃至预防策略是目前研究的重点问题。本研究小组采用新一代高通量技术包括454 FLX Titanium测序、Solexa GA Ⅱ测序及Geochip 3.0功能基因芯片,就唾液菌群中的细菌谱系和功能基因组成进行深入解析.阐释成人唾液微生物群落的生态特性.通过对龋活跃人群和健康人群的比较分析.发现两者在基因和群落结构上具有鉴别特征,从而探讨唾液菌群对于龋病易感活跃度的检测和早期防控的意义.为研究龋病的发生发展机制并展开相应的疾病预防和治疗策略提供新的思路。
