牙本质瓷的不同厚度对氧化锆全瓷冠色彩的影响

Effect of different thickness of dentin porcelain on the chromatology of Cercon zirconia all-ceramic crown

目的探讨牙本质瓷不同厚度对Cercon氧化锆全瓷冠色彩学的影响。方法将75个氧化锆试件分为3组,在其表面烧结不同颜色的牙本质瓷。每个颜色组设5个牙本质瓷厚度组,分别为0.6、0.8、1.0、1.2、1.4mm,每个厚度组各5个试件。采用Vita Easyshade比色仪测量各组每个试件的色彩参数L*、a*、b*值。结果各组Cercon氧化锆全瓷试件的明度L*值随着牙本质瓷的厚度增加而降低,a*、b*值随着牙本质瓷的厚度增加而增加。结论 Cercon氧化锆全瓷冠牙本质瓷厚度的改变能引起其色彩学的变化。

Objective To evaluate the effect of different thickness of dentin porcelain on the chromatology of zirconia all-ceramic crown. Methods 75 zirconia samples were divided into three groups （n=25） according to the color of dentin porcelain （2M2, 3M2, and 4M2）. In each group, the thickness of dentine porcelain was set at 0.6, 0.8, 1.0, 1.2, and 1.4 mm respectively （n=5）. Vita Easyshade system was applied to detect the values of L ＊, a ＊ , b ＊ of each sample. Results With the increase of the thickness of dentine porcelain, the value of L ＊ of the zirconia samples decreased, while the value of a＊ and b＊ increased. Conclusion The thickness of dentin porcelain has a significant effect on the chromatology of Cercon zirconia all-ceramic crown.
