摘要
以2007级至2009级护生为研究对象,设对照组(未经护理技能强化训练)和实验组(进行护理技能强化训练).连续三年结果显示,实验组的护生护理技能水平显著提高.
Taking the nursing students from 2007 to 2009 as the object of study,and supposing the control group who have not carried on the nursing skill strengthening training.The results of three consecutive years show that the level of nursing students＇ skills in the experimental group are significantly increased.
