320排640层动态容积CT冠状动脉成像的应用体会 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨320排640层动态容积CT冠状动脉成像的图像质量和诊断冠状动脉狭窄≥50%的准确性。方法:采用320排640层CT对临床224例连续性病例进行心电门控宽探测器平台下全器官容积增强扫描,其中27例有冠状动脉造影与冠状动脉CTA作为对照。结果:Ⅰ级图像198例(88.39%),Ⅱ级21例(9.30%),Ⅲ级5例(2.23%)。全部病例无阶梯伪影,运动伪影26例。320排640层动态容积CT冠状动脉成像诊断冠状动脉狭窄≥50%的敏感性、特异性分别为96.59%、98.74%。结论:320排640层动态容积CT冠状动脉成像图像质量高,对诊断冠状动脉狭窄≥50%有较高的敏感性和特异性。
