摘要
通过对Econlith2000震波碎石系统脉冲通路金属撞击片的原理、功能解析及其化学成分和金相组织的分析,在各种不锈钢材料的机械、物理性能的比较中,找到一种可替代原来撞击片材料的1Cr17Ni7,制作并替用。取代原来的进口产品,获得较好的经济效益。
metal bumping piece is analyzed for its working principle、functionality、 chemical ingredient、 metallography which is in the pulse circuit of the Econolith 2000 Breakstone lithotripsy system ,its mechanical、physical property are thought over other stainless steel. a 1Cr17Ni7 is founded to substitute for it. and is made for test .it is succeeded in using and have more economical effect
