摘要
用自制的分相器与流动注射仪联用,对有机相析出液- 液萃取光度法测定微量铜的流路参数和操作程序进行优化。以新铜试剂( 溶剂V乙醇∶V辛醇= 1∶1) 为显色剂,用含一定量乙醇的辛醇溶液作载流,采用双道流路,在458 nm 处进行检测。方法的线性范围是0 .05 ~1 .05 mg/L,萃取富集倍数10 ,检测限为20 μg/ L,分析速度36/ h ,方法的精密度( RSD) 是4 .0 % (n =13) 。测定锌矿石样品中的铜,结果与推荐值一致。
A method for the spectrophotometric determination of trace Cu 2+ with flow injection liquid liquid extraction separation and pre concentration was developed. Experimental conditions and manifold parameters were investigated in detail. The detection limit is 20 μg/L for Cu 2+ and the precision of 4.0% RSD ( n =13). The sample throughput is 36/h and the concentration efficiency is 10. The liner range is 0.05~1.05 mg/L for copper. The results obtained from the reference materials are in good agreement with the certified values.
