摘要 用巯基棉富集水中痕量汞,用饱和氯化钠的盐酸溶液解吸,冷原子吸收法测定。当水样取1 L时,最低检测浓度可达0-003 μg/L,方法相对标准偏差为3-8 % ~6-9 % ,巯基棉汞平均回收率为91-1% 。该法操作简单、快速、富集倍数大,适用于天然水中痕量汞的分析。 Flameless atomic absorption method was used to determine the mercury in natural water with sulphydryl cotton fiber enriching the trace mercury and saturated solution of sodium chloride in hydrochloric acid desorbing the mercury If the water sample was 1 liter, the lowest determined concentration would be 0 003 μg/L The relative standarded deviation was 3 8%~6 9% The mean rate of recovery of the mercury from the sulphydryl cotton fiber was 91 1% It is a simple ,rapid method and the times of the enrichment is rather large, which is suitable for the determination of trace mercury in the natural water
