酮洛芬凝胶外用联合骨筋丸内服治疗退行性膝关节炎

目的探讨酮洛芬凝胶(法斯通凝胶)外用联合中成药内服治疗退行性膝关节炎的临床疗效。方法 240例退行性膝关节炎患者随机分为治疗组(酮洛芬凝胶外用联合骨筋丸内服)与对照组(布洛芬口服联合骨筋丸内服),观察治疗效果。结果 2组临床疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);药物不良反应比较,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用酮洛芬凝胶外用联合骨筋丸内服治疗退行性膝关节炎疗效肯定,副作用小,值得临床应用。

Objective Ketoprofen gel （method stone gel） topical joint proprietary Chinese medicine orally treatment Osteoarthritis clinical curative effect.Methods 120 cases of Osteoarthritis patients use Ketoprofen gel topical joint Gu jin wan internal treatment and 120 cases of ibuprofen oral joint Gu jin wan pilcompared with internal and to observe its therapeutic effect.All patients were curative effect evaluation.Results 2 groups of clinical curative effect compared, the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）;Adverse drug reaction is,the treatment group was better than control group （P〈O.OS）.Conclusion using Ketoprofen gel （method stone gel） topical joint Gu jin wan orally therapy is effective in the characteristics of affirmation,side effect was small,worth of clinic application.
