性激素检验在不孕症诊断中的临床应用分析

Talking about the Sex Hormone Test in Infertility Diagnosis Cases

目的探讨性激素检验在不孕症诊断中的临床应用。方法将71例原发不孕患者分成卵泡期、排卵期、黄体期3组,同时将健康体检者也分成卵泡期、排卵期、黄体期3组各70例,分别对其进行生殖激素6项检测,并对检测值进行比较。结果女性原发不孕患者6项激素测定结果和血清生殖激素正常参考值不同时期相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论性激素水平的变化与女性不孕症有密切关系,可为临床判断不孕症诊断和治疗提供可靠的依据。

Objective To investigate the sex hormone test in the diagnosis of female infertility.Methods 71 cases of primary infertility patients of reproductive hormones were divided into 3 groups： follicular phase, ovulation period, luteal phase. The use of solid- liquidphase labeled immunoassay detected light. At the same time collected in the normal physical examination in the follicular phase, ovulation and luteal phase of the reproductive health of 70 persons,but also FSH,LH,E2,P, PRL,T reproductive hormones six test sas normal controls,the differences of the level of six test sas between the groups were compared.Results Women with primary infertility patients six hormones measured results and serum reproductive hormonescompared with normal reference values at different times,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Serum sex hormone levels in female infertility have close relation to infertility and can provide reliable basis on diagnosis and treatment of female infertility.
