胫腓骨中下1/3处粉碎性骨折的外固定器治疗

External fixator treatment of Comminuted fracture in Tibial fibular 1/3 connection place

目的探讨胫腓骨中下1/3处粉碎性骨折的治疗方法及外固定器治疗的必要性。方法回顾性分析2002年6月到2008年6月我院收治的120例胫腓骨中下1/3处粉碎性骨折的病人,采用C型臂下直视下复位,依具体情况采用单边、双边或半环行外固定器固定。同时争取一期关闭伤口,对骨缺损者,采用自体髂骨植骨治疗。结果骨折均愈合,术后外固定器针道感染3例,4例于手术后7～10 d出现伤口浅表感染,其余伤口均愈合。结论胫腓骨中下段1/3处粉碎性骨折历来是治疗的难点,外固定器的出现是治疗方法上的一大突破。

Objective Explore the tibia and fiula in the lorwe paet 1/3 fracture treatment ant need for extetnal fixation treatment. Methods From June 2002 to June 2008 treated 120 cases of tibia and fibula in thecific pelower 1/3 fractute patients.Under direct vision using C-at reser,depending on specific conditions made a unilateral,bilateral or seni-circular fixation.Results Fractres have all been healed. Afyer externalnts fixation pin trasct infection in 3 patients,the enhanced control over thr management of needle tractu 4 patients discharged from hospital after 7 to 10 days of supercial wound infection after treatment control,the remaining wound healed.Conclusion In the Iower segthment of tibia and fibula 1/3 of the treatment of comminuted fracture of the appearance of the treatment has always been a storm,the external fixation treatment methods of the emergence of a major breakthrough.
