摘要
目的探讨人文关怀对急性心梗患者康复的影响。方法将356例急性心梗患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对184例急性心梗患者进行人文关怀,观察其效果。结果干预后的患者生理不适、心理反应及对护理服务的满意度与对照组比较差异有统计学意义。结论做好患者心理护理,实施人文关怀对稳定患者情绪,减轻病痛,抢救生命、促进康复起着重要作用。
Objective To study the humanistic concern for the influence of patients with acute myocardial infarction rehabilitation. Methods The patients with acute myocardial infarction 356 patients were randomly divided into trial group and control group of patients with acute myocardial infarction 184 cases of humanistic concern, observe its effect. Results The intervention of patients physiological discomfort,psychological reaction and the satisfaction of nursing services compared with controls all have significant difference.Conclusion Do patients psychological care, implementing humanistic care to stable patients with emotions, alleviate suffering, save lives, stimulative rehabilitation plays an important role.
