摘要
职业高中作为中等职业教育的重要组成部分,其德育工作应积极适应时代发展的要求,努力顺应新时期自由精神的需求,坚持"以人为本"的理念,大胆探索构建学生自主管理的德育工作新模式,努力增强学生自我管理、自我教育、自我服务的意识和信心,培养学生自主发展的能力,引导学生自主成长、全面成才。
Vocational senior middle school is the important component of secondary vocational education.It＇s moral education should adapt to the needs of the times and comply with shuffle spirit.We must persist humanized concept to structure new pattern of students＇ self-management.We should try to enhance students＇ consciousness and confidence of self-education,self-management and self-management.We should cultivate their ability of self-development to lead them independent into talents.
