虚负凌云万丈才,一生襟抱未曾开——李商隐研究述评

Empty Talents Reaching the Clouds,the Life Ambition Has Never Been Achieved——Commentary on LI Shang-yin

李商隐和李白、李贺并称为唐诗"三李",与杜牧并称为"小李杜",与温庭筠、段成式并称为"三才子"有人甚至誉之为晚唐诗坛的"巨擘"。他在唐诗发展中的重要地位,是不容置疑的。令人遗憾的是,李商隐虽然挤身于中国文学史上一流作家之列,但是他的作品长期受人曲解。世纪之交,粗略总结一下李商隐的研究成果是对这位"虚负凌云万丈才,一生襟抱未曾开"的悲剧诗人的最好纪念。

Li Shang-yin,Li Bai,Li He are all called ＂Three Li＂ in the Tang Dynasty;and also called ＂Xiao Li Du＂ with Du Mu;With WEN Ting-jun,Duan Cheng-shi and being called ＂Three Talented People＂;even Some people called them ＂the No.1＂ in the late Tang poetic world.To our disappointment,although Li Shang-yin pulls up row of the first-class writers in the Chinese history of literature,his work is misinterpreted for a long time.At the turn of the century,we should summarize LI Shang-yin＇s works,in order to memorize the great poet who had never achieved his life ambition in his period.
