浅析南阳市农村剩余劳动力转移的特点、存在的问题和对策

农村剩余劳动力的转移对区域经济增长的影响很大,解决好农村剩余劳动力就业问题,是加快农村经济发展,协调城乡关系的重要方面。本文针对南阳市近年来农村剩余劳动力转移存在的一些问题提出了发挥比较优势、规划转移战略、提升劳动力综合素质和完善配套制度改革等合理化建议。

The transfer of rural surplus labor force of the impact of large regional economic growth,solve the problem of rural surplus labor force,is to accelerate rural economic development,an important aspect of coordination between urban and rural areas.In this paper,Nanyang transfer of rural surplus labor force in recent years,there are some issues of comparative advantage,the transfer of strategic planning,enhance and improve the overall quality of labor force supporting institutional reforms and other reasonable suggestions.
