摘要
介绍了中密度纤维板用静电喷枪的原理和构造,分别讨论了红外—对流固化和紫外固化两种熔融固化设备的原理、结构及应用,并提出了目前该技术设备亟待解决的问题。
The principle and structure of static spray gun used in MDF powder coating were described. The principle, configurations and applications of infrared radiation-curable oven and ultraviolet radiation-curable oven were also discussed, respectively. The problems in the existing installations were brought up at the end.
