摘要
指出了目前风暴增减水序列频率分析中存在的问题.经过统计假设检验,以复合极值分布理论对不完整增减水序列进行了特征值计算.以青岛观象台30多年增减水极值序列为例进行了统计分析,表明该方法受样本序列长度的影响小,计算结果稳定.此外,运算过程实现了微机化,速度快,精度高.
This paper points out the problems existing in the analytical methods of the probability distribution for the anomalous extreme sequence of positive and negative storm surges. Poisson-Gumbel distribution is applied to complete the characteristic value calculation of discontinuous sequence. Taking the measured data of Qingdao Observatory in 30 years as example, the effect of the sample length on the calculation has proved to be relatively less. In the meantime, the procedure has been compiled into a computer program. The speed of calculation is fast and the accuracy of results is high.
