糖化血红蛋白A_(1c)在糖尿病诊治中的临床应用 被引量：3

摘要 目前糖尿病的发病率不断升高．成为全球关注的公共卫生问题之一．同时也不可避免地消耗大量的公共卫生资源。在中国．随着人们生活方式的改变，仅2型糖尿病的发病率已达9．7％．约有9240万成人备受该病困扰[1]。因此，提高糖尿病诊断的准确性以及并发症预防的有效性显得尤为重要。糖基化血红蛋白（glycated hemoglobin，GHb）是葡萄糖与血红蛋白（Hb）经非酶促反应形成的酮胺化合物目．
