摘要
在氮肥总量不变的情况下,研究不同时期不同比例施用氮肥对小麦旗叶衰老特性的影响。结果表明:氮肥运筹下两个品种表现出一致的规律,旗叶全展14d后叶面积指数、光合速率、可溶性蛋白含量和超氧化物歧化酶活性均表现为N2>N3>N1,丙二醛含量表现为N1>N3>N2,两个春小麦品种在N2、N3处理下获得高产,说明氮肥分施、中后期适量追肥,有利于植株前期体内物质积累,降低后期细胞膜脂过氧化水平,保持高水平的保护酶活性,延长叶片的功能期,提高产量。
The total nitrogen in the same circumstances,Nitrogen was applied on Spring wheat in different times and different rates.Study showed: Two varieties showed a consistent trends under nitrogen application.After 14 days of flag leaf outspread,leaf area index,photosynthetic rate,soluble protein contents,superoxide dismutase showed N2N3N1.Malondialdehyde showed N1N3N2.Two varieties gain high yield in treatment of N2,N3.This experiment suggested that nitrogen used respectively and late were conducive to accumulate plant substances,reduce the level of lipid peroxidation in the late,maintain a high level of protection activity,prolong the function of leaves,improve yield.
