摘要
海涂黄花梨叶片黄化现象系植株铁素缺乏所致。试验表明,主干注射浓度为0.3%硫酸亚铁营养液,黄花梨叶片叶绿素含量10 d后由0.306 mg.g-1FW增加到0.812 mg.g-1FW,在较短时间内使黄花梨叶片达到复绿效果;叶面喷施0.3%硫酸亚铁营养液,10 d后黄花梨叶片叶绿素含量由0.306 mg.g-1FW增加到0.626 mg.g-1FW,叶片复绿效果明显,但20 d后叶绿素含量有所下降,新抽出叶片还有黄化症状;土壤施铁肥短期内效果并不明显。不同施肥方式下,黄花梨叶片活性铁含量变化趋势与叶绿素变化趋势基本一致,叶片中活性铁含量与叶绿素含量有很好的正相关关系,相关系数为0.887 3。
According to the leaf symptoms and the analysis of nutrient elements in leaf and soil,it was determined that the leaf yellowing of Huanghua pear plants on saline-alkaline soil on seashore was attributed to Fe deficiency.The leaf yellowing disease of pear plants could be corrected in short time by raising the content of chlorophyll in leaves through intensively injected into trunk.The content of chlorophyll in leaves was from 0.306 mg·g-1FW to 0.812 mg·g-1FW through intensively injected into trunk.The effect of spray on leaves was obvious.The content of chlorophyll in leaves was from 0.306 mg·g-1FW to 0.626 mg·g-1FW after 10 days.The differences between fertilization on saline-alkaline soil on seashore and CK were not obvious in short time.There was a correlation among the content of chlorophyll in leaves and iron.Correlation coefficient was 0.887 3.
