摘要 千金子是我国的传统中药,可用于抗肿瘤,目前它的药效成分仍不完全清楚。本文拟采用化学分离与抗肿瘤活性筛选相结合的方法,研究千金子乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取物的抗肿瘤活性部位。 Caper Euphorbia seed belongs to Traditional Chinese Medicine, which can be used as anticancer treatment. However, its effective chemicals have not been clarified. In this article, chemical isolation and anticancer activity screening were combined to investigate ethyl acetate part of Caper Euphorbia seed extracts.
