Nursing of detection of ICG15 for liver reservation function

目的:讨论吲哚绿氰排泄实验检测肝储备功能的护理配合。方法:回顾性分析和总结我科使用DDG分析仪对105例肝癌患者在手术前进行吲哚氰绿排泄试验情况,并加强操作前、中、后的观察和护理。结果:在105例患者中,顺利完成检测100例(95.2%),4例首次检测不成功(3.8%),需进行第2次检测,1例(1%)出现不良反应,所有患者未出现严重的不良反应。试验前应了解碘过敏情况和做好心理护理,试验时要注意ICG配置与操作的准确性。结论:在肝储备功能的检测中,护理配合工作很是重要,对于保证ICG排泄试验的顺利实施,保证结果的准确性,对手术适应症的选择和预后的估价有重要指导意思。

Object： To discuss the nursing of detection of retention of indoeyanine green at fnCteen minutes（ICG15） for liver reservation function. Methods： ICGR15 were tested in 105 primary liver cancer patients before liver resection, observation and nursing paid much attention to were analyzed retrospectively. Result： 100（95.2% ）cases run smoothly, 4（3.8% ） of them detected unsuccessfully first time, 2 cases needed second detection, 1 case（l%） presented with side effect. No severe side effect occurred in all the patients fortunately. Iodine allergic test and psychological nursing should be prepared. Much attention to ICG preparation and procedure should be paid. Conclusion： Nursing is very important in the detection of liver reservation function, which has significance in selection of patients for liver resection.
