妊娠期糖尿病MIF表达及相关影响因素分析

The expression of MIF in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus resistance and analysis of MIF related factors

目的研究巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)在妊娠期糖尿病中的表达及影响因素。方法半定量RT-PCR扩增妊娠期糖尿病患者和正常孕妇腹部皮下脂肪细胞MIF基因;ELISA法检测外周血清MIF因子浓度;分析MIF与BMI、TC、TG、LDL、HLDL相关性。结果妊娠期糖尿病患者MIF mRNA表达率(0.625+0.17)和血清MIF(3.86+0.52ng/ml)均显著高于正常孕妇。结论 MIF是妊娠期糖尿病显著影响因子,MIF与BMI、TC、TG、LDL正相关,与HLDL负相关。

Objective To study the influence of macrophage migration inhibitory factor（MIF） on gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods Amplified MIF gene of abdominal subcutaneous adipose tissue come from patients with gestational diabetes mellitus and normal pregnancy women with Semi-quantitative RT-PCR.method;Detected MIF factor concentration in peripheral blood with ELISA;Analysed the correlation between MIF and BMI、TC、TG、LDL、HDL.Results the expression of MIF mRNA（0.625 ＋0.17） and serum concentration（4.2＋0.52） were significantly higher in group with gestational diabetes mellitus than in group of normal pregnancy women.Conclusions MIF is a significant effect factor of gestational diabetes mellitus,MIF has positive correlation with BMI、TC、TG、LDL,and has negative correlation with HDL.
