摘要
楼盘广告是房地产开发商加大房产销售的重要手段之一,有无好的广告创意则是楼盘广告设计过程中应考虑的核心内容之一。因此提高楼盘平面广告设计师的创意能力显得尤为重要。文章从现阶段我国楼盘平面广告创意中存在的普遍问题做出分析,探讨不足原因及改进措施等内容,给楼盘平面广告设计师以启示。
Advertising is one of the important marketing strategies for those real estate projects.As originality is vital to the success of an advertisement,it is especially important for the ads designer to improve their creativity.The paper sets out to examine the common problems existing in ads of residential building and puts forward suggestions on improvement for designer's reference.
