在知识经济背景下,企业的人力资源显得越来越重要,战略性薪酬管理成为学术界的研究热点。该文综述了薪酬管理和企业战略关系问题研究、薪酬管理和企业经营战略匹配的研究。
In a knowledge-based economy, human resources has become increasingly competitive for corporations, which holds self-evident with the emergence of strategic salary administration system. This article summarizes that the relationship between salary administration system and corporation strategic, how to match salary administration system with corporation strategic, the match research of salary administration system and corporation strategic.
