摘要
在国际政治环境和中国自然环境的双重约束之下,中国的现代化道路已经无法复制西方发达资本主义国家的工业化道路,必须探索新的社会主义文明发展模式。胡锦涛同志在十七大报告中所提出的"生态文明"建设,既是对我国改革开放30年来的经验总结,也是对国内外生态文明研究成果和建设经验的积极借鉴。
China in the international political environment and the natural environment under the dual constraints, China＇ s road to modernization has been unable to replicate the developed capitalist countries of Western industrialization; we must explore new socialist civilization development. Comrade Hu Jintao in his report in the 17th National Congress of the CPC in the proposed ＂ecological civilization＂ construction, not only for China＇s reform and opening up 30 years of lessons learned, but also domestic and foreign research and construction of ecological civilization and the positive learning experience.
