摘要
目的观察钙剂、仙灵骨葆胶囊加用云克治疗骨质疏松症(OP)的临床疗效。方法将48例OP患者随机分为两组,治疗组24例给予云克11mg加入0.9%氯化纳注射液100ml中静滴和10%葡萄糖酸钙注射液20ml加入5%葡萄糖注射液100ml中静滴,每日1次,并同时口服仙灵骨葆胶囊,每次3粒,每日2次;对照组24例给予10%葡萄糖酸钙注射液20ml加入5%葡萄糖注射液100ml中静滴,每日1次,并同时口服仙灵骨葆胶囊(贵州同济堂制药有限公司),每次3粒,每日2次,观察两组临床疗效,治疗前后观察患者疼痛缓解及检测腰椎、胫、腓骨骨密度(BMD)。结果治疗组疼痛缓解总有效率84.21%,对照组为62.5%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),提示治疗组优于对照组。治疗后两组患者腰椎骨密度上升结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),提示治疗后优于治疗前;两组患者胫、腓骨BMD比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论钙剂、仙灵骨葆胶囊加用云克在治疗骨质疏松中疗效确切,明显优于单用钙剂及仙灵骨葆胶囊,在治疗中可明显提高骨量和改善疼痛症状,是治疗骨质疏松的有效药物。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of calcium,Xianlinggubao capsule and Yunke osteoporosis(OP).Methods 48 patients with OP were divide into 2 groups,in which the treatment group of 24 patients was injected by 11mg Yunke with 100ml of 0.9% NaCl and 20ml of 5% glucose once a day,as well as the oral intake of Xianlinggubao capsule with 3 pills every time and twice a day.While the control group of 24 patients is injected by 20ml of 10% calcium gluconate and 100ml of 5% glucose once a day,as well as the oral intake of Xianlinggubao capsule with 3 pills every time and twice a day.The clinical effect including the pain relief and the examination of bone mineral density(BMD) of lumbar,tibia and fibula before and after the treatment were observed.Results The total efficiency of the pain relief for the treatment group was 84.21%,while the one for the control group was 62.5%,with the statistically significant difference(P0.05).There was the statistically significant difference for the BMD of lumbar of 2 groups of patients before and after the treatment(P0.05),as the one after the treatment was prior to the one before the treatment;there is no statistically significant different for BMD of tibia and fibula of 2 groups of patients before and after the treatment(P0.05).Conclusion The treatment of calcium and Xianlinggubao capsule and Yunke on osteoporosis has the curative effect,prior to the treatment of calcium and Xianlinggubao capsule,which can significantly increase the bone mass and improve the symptom of pain during the treatment,as the effective drug to cure the osteoporosis.
