永久性房颤患者认知功能状况的横断面研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨永久性房颤患者的认知功能较窦性心律者是否下降。方法观察组共纳入既往无脑血管意外事件或痴呆病史的永久性房颤患者27例,年龄>60(68.4±7.8)岁,对照组为19例窦性心律者,年龄>60(66.9±8.4)岁。主要考查项目包括临床病史记录、体格检查、生化分析、标准12导联心电图及超声心动图。认知状况使用简易精神状态检查问卷(MMSE)进行评估。结果房颤组认知功能明显差于正常对照组(25.1±6.8 vs 28.4±5.7,P<0.05)。结论永久性房颤患者认知功能降低。另外,高龄也是认知功能不全的危险因素。 Objective To investigate cognitive status in patients with permanent atrial fibrillation.Methods In this cross-sectional study,the observation group comprised 27 patients with permanent AF(persistent AF lasting 12 months,age 60 years) without previous cerebrovascular events or dementia.Control group consisted 19 subjects with sinus rhythm(age 60 years).The main points of study protocol included of clinical recordings,physical examination,biochemical analysis,standard 12-lead ECG and echocardiography.Mini mental state examination(MMSE) was used for cognitive status evaluation.Results Compared with control group,significantly worse cognitive status was observed in AF group was(25.1±6.8 vs 28.4±5.7,P0.05).Conclusion Our observation suggested defective cognitive status in patients with permanent atrial fibrillation.Moreover,age was also presented as a risk factor for cognitive dysfunction.
