脑卒中患者偏瘫步态矫正训练的临床疗效分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的了解相对固定的异常步态模式改善的可能性及训练方法。方法选择符合条件的60例患者为观察对象,对患者步态进行分析,根据分析结果进行针对性训练。分别在治疗前、治疗4、12周后对患者下肢运动功能、患侧下肢平衡下负重能力、步态和步行速度进行评价。结果经过4周康复治疗,患者下肢FMA评分较治疗前差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);经过12周康复治疗,患者下肢FMA评分有显著提高(P<0.05);步态评分在第12周有非常显著提高(P<0.001)。患肢负重能力在4周末和12周末均有非常显著提高(P<0.001)。患者步行速度在4周末没有显著提高(P>0.05);12周末均有显著提高(P<0.001);后8周效果更明显(P<0.001)。结论针对性步态训练可以改善相对固定的偏瘫异常步态,可作为矫正偏瘫步态的训练方法。 Objective To study the clinical curative effect of gait correction train on hemiparalysis of apoplexy patient.Methods 60 patients with hemiparalysis of apoplexy were enrolled in the present study.The walking of the patients was analyzed and the patients were trained specially.The motor function,weight-bearing,gait and walking speed were evaluated.Results After 12 week recovery treatment,the motor function,weight-bearing,gait and walking speed of lower limb were improved(P0.05).Conclusion The special gait training may improve the relatively fixed abnormal gait.
