The effect of timing of HCG administration to pregnancy rate in couples undergoing intrauterine insemination using HMG

目的探讨HCG的运用时机对HMG促排卵并人工授精妊娠结局的影响,以提高IUI治疗的临床效果。方法对170个IUI治疗周期的89例患者,按患者意愿分为24小时组和36小时组,两组在患者年龄、不孕年限和a+b精子数方面无统计学差异,分别对患者进行妊娠结局和分娩结局随访。结果两组在妊娠率和活产率方面没有显著差异(P>0.05),但36小时组和24小时组相比提高了妊娠率。结论 HMG促排卵并人工授精(IUI)应尽量在注射HCG 36小时左右进行。

Objective To investigate the effect of timing of HCG administration to preganancy rate in couples undergoing intrauterine insemination using HMG in order to improve the clinical effects of IUI treatment. Methods 170 couples in 89 cycles underwent IUI treatment combined with HMG were collected. They were divided into 24 hours group and 36 hours group. The clinical variables included age of women, year of infertility, a＋b counts were analyzed and had no statistical difference. The pregnancy rate and live birth rate were observed. Results Pregnancy rate and live birth rate didn＇t show significant difference in the two groups, but 36 hours improved the pregnancy rate. Conclusion Intrauterine insemination combined with HMG should be scheduled as far as possible for 36 hours about injecting HCG.
