摘要
目的探讨人工关节置换术后,梯度压力治疗结合低分子肝素对深静脉血栓有明显临床疗效意义。方法对照组采用低分子肝素及传统功能锻炼方法,让病人进行肢体股四头肌等长收缩及踝关节屈曲锻炼,力度由弱到强;观察组除采用对照组治疗方法外,还采用梯度压力治疗,再结合功能锻炼方法及联合使用肝素药物,从而减少并发症的发生。结果对照组发生深静脉血栓9例(22.5%),其中中央型2例,周围型6例,混合型1例,无肺栓塞及死亡发生;观察组无深静脉血栓发生。结论在临床上采用梯度压力治疗仪结合低分子肝素治疗能有效降低和预防人工关节置换术后深静脉血栓的发生,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To study the effect of gradient pressure on deep vein thrombosis after joint prosthetic replacement.Methods The controlled patients were treated by low molecular heparin and traditional functional exercise methods.The observation group were treated with gradient pressure treatment combineed functional exercise methods and heparin.Results There were 9 cases with deep vein thrombosis in control group.There was no case with deep vein thrombosis occurs in observation group.Conclusion Clinical using gradient pressure instrument combined with low molecular heparin can effectively reduce the prevent deep vein thrombosis after artificial joint replacement.
