三种鼻腔填塞物在老年鼻出血患者中的应用

Nasal cavity tampon in old age patients with haemorrhagia nasalis

目的比较凡士林纱条、明胶海绵、高膨胀止血材料作为老年性鼻出血鼻腔填塞物的临床应用效果。方法 180例老年鼻出血患者随机分为凡士林纱条、明胶海绵、高膨胀止血材料3组,每组60例,观察各组止血效果及舒适度。结果凡士林纱条组止血最为可靠,但舒适度最差;高膨胀止血材料组止血有效率次之,但舒适度最高;明胶海绵止血有效率最低,但舒适度优于凡士林纱条组。结论高膨胀止血材料作为治疗老年性鼻出血的鼻腔填塞物具有较好的治疗效果和最佳的舒适度。

Objective To compare clinical effect among vaseline strip,gelatin sponge and expansible hemostatic cotton in old age patients with haemorrhagia nasalis.Methods 180 patients with haemorrhagia nasalis were randomly divided into three groups,which were treated with Vaseline strip,gelatin sponge and expansible hemostatic cotton.The hemostasis and degree of comfort were surveyed.Results Vaseline strip had the most haemostasis result but had the worst comfortable.The expansible hemostatic cotton had secondary haemostasis result but had the best comfortable.The gelatin sponge had some haemostasis result though it had lowest effective power among them.Conclusion Expansible hemostatic cotton can be used to cure haemorrhagia nasalis in old age patients as nasal cavity tampon on account of it had fine haemostasis result and the best comfortable.
