脑膜建减张缝合治疗开颅术中并发脑肿胀112例分析

Meningeal tension-reduced suture in treatment of cerebral swelling

目的观察脑膜建减张缝合在治疗脑外伤开颅术中出现脑肿胀的应用效果。方法回顾分析因脑外伤行开颅手术并行脑膜建修补术112例患者的临床资料。结果术后发生脑膨出7例,硬膜下积液4例,脑脊液漏2例,颅内感染1例。结论应用脑膜建修补+减张缝合是降低脑外伤术后并发症、治疗术中并发脑肿胀确实有效的方法。

Objective To research the effect of meningeal tension-reduced suture in treatment of cerebral swelling.Methods 112 patients with brain injury treated with meninges repair were analyzed.Results There were 7 cases with postoperative encephalocele,4 cases with subdural effusion,2 cases with cerebrospinal fluid leakage and 1 case with intracranial infection.Conclusion Meningeal repair is a really effective way to reduce brain injury complications and treat the brain swelling occurred in the surgery.
