小儿桡动脉采血三种方法的临床应用

Application of blood sampling methods in radial artery

目的探讨三种桡动脉穿刺方法在儿科采血中的成功率。方法将403例0～3岁患儿按病情轻重分为3组,十字法组136例,目测法组138例,传统法组128例,分别用3种不同桡动脉穿刺采血并回顾资料分析。结果三种方法比较,目测法穿刺成功率较高。结论目测法定位迅速、准确,缩短采血时间,减轻疼痛,成功率高,提高了医患满意度。

Objective To observe the success rate of three different blood sampling methods in radial artery.Methods 402 cases with age between 0 and 3 years old were randomly divided into three groups,and then draw blood with three different methods： ten words method,ocular estimate and traditional method.The data of three different groups was retrospective analyzed.Results the success rate of the blood sampling using ocular estimate was the uppermost in three different methods.Conclusion The blood sampling using ocular estimate improve the degree of satisfaction of patients and nurses with accurate and rapid positioning,time contraction on blood sampling,pain alleviating,and high success rate.
