超声引导技术在小儿麻醉中的应用 被引量:9

摘要 实时超声引导外周神经阻滞麻醉,可以直接清楚地观察到外周神经及其附近的组织结构,并且能够较为清晰地显示出穿刺针的进针路径,减少神经阻滞并发症的发生。这在基础麻醉状态下的小儿神经阻滞过程中意义尤为重大。本文对超声成像应用于小儿神经阻滞麻醉及硬膜外麻醉的研究现状做简要综述。
