试论新型干部学院办学环境优化——以中国井冈山干部学院为例

On the Optimization of Operating Environment for New-type Executive Leadership Academies——A Case Study of CELAJ

任何一个组织都面临对其环境的依赖与利用改造的辩证关系。体现开放式办学理念的新型干部学院要处理其与环境的关系,即优化办学环境。本文应用管理学的相关理论,结合中国井冈山干部学院的具体实践,对新型干部学院的环境要素构成与基本优化途径进行了梳理和探讨,并总结了优化办学环境的几点启示。

Every organization faces the dialectic relation between its dependence on the environment and the utilization and renovation of the environment. As for the new - type executive leadership academies that embody the open model of education, the way to deal with their relations with the environment is to optimize the operating environment. Based on the relevant management theories and the specific practice of China Executive Leadership Academy Jinggangshan , this paper probes into the composition of environmental factors of new - type academies and the basic approaches to optimize the operating environment, and summs up several points of experiences in optimizing the academy operating environment.
