超声引导下痔动脉结扎术治疗痔病25例观察

目的探讨超声多普勒引导下痔动脉结扎术(DG-HAL)治疗痔病的临床疗效。方法对2008年12月至2009年12月我院使用该技术治疗以出血为主的内痔和混合痔25例病例资料进行回顾性分析,观察治疗效果、副反应和并发症。结果 22例症状消失,3例好转。随访半年无复发及肛门功能障碍。结论超声多普勒引导下痔动脉结扎术具有创伤小、疼痛轻、恢复快、安全性高、并发症少等优点,是治疗以出血为主痔病的有效方法。

Objective To explore the Doppler arterial ligation guided by hemorrhoids （DG-HAL） in treating hemorrhoids sickness of clinical curative effect. Methods During December 2008 to 2009 December, 25 cases of using the technology treatment to bleeding primarily hemorrhoids and mixed hemorrhoid were analyzed retrospectively in terms of curative effect, side effects and complications. Results 22 of symptoms disappeared and 3 cases improved. No recurrence and the anus dysfunction were found during half year of follow up. Conclusion Doppler arterial ligation guided by hemorrhoids have small trauma and pain light, faster recovery, high safety, less complications etc, and is an effective Methods for hemorrhoids sickness with bleeding.
