摘要
针对现有多维被动隔振方案结构复杂的缺点,提出将自由度和运动方向与振动相一致的并联机构用于多维被动隔振的原理.在进一步阐述串联机构末端件运动是各个运动副所提供运动的并,并联机构动平台运动是各个支链所提供运动的交的基础上,介绍了设计多维被动隔振装置的方法——"求并求交法"."求并求交法"不仅是设计多维隔振装置的有效方法,对于设计一些其它的机构也具有理论指导意义.
In view of the shortcomings of complex structure of passive isolation of multi-dimensional vibration. The parallel mechanism which freedom degree and motion direction was consistent with vibration was applied to the principle of passive vibration isolation. It was discussed that the motion of the end piece of serial mechanism is the union of all kinematics pairs and the motion of moving platform of the parallel mechanism is the intersection of motion of branched-chains, so, "union and intersection method" was introduced to synthesis the device of passive isolation of multi-dimensional vibration. "Union and intersection method" can also be used to guide the design of some other mechanisms.
