摘要
对 RAPD技术、原理及其在基因组研究方面所具有的特点和优势进行讨论 ,综述了 RAPD技术在葡萄上的研究进展 ,并展望了 RAPD技术在葡萄属植物研究上的应用前景。
The principle and techniquse of RAPD not only were introduced,but its characteristic and predominance were discussed in genomic research. The progress of RAPD in Vitis plant was evaluted.
