摘要 针对目前煤质分析操作程序繁琐、分析周期长的现状,基于LabVIEW编程设计了一种激光煤质分析仪.该仪器应用激光光谱技术,运用LabVIEW编程实现对激光煤质分析仪中BoxCar,DAQ、光谱仪和激光器等关键部件控制及对光谱数据进行采集与分析.通过实际测试,该仪器碳元素测量精度SD值不超过1.6%,满足了燃煤电厂对煤质的分析要求.这种方法可在地矿、环保、医药、材料、考古、食品安全、生化及冶金等领域推广应用. A new coal laser analyzer was designed based on the LabVIEW programming to overcome the flaw in the traditional coal analysis with tedious operation sequence and long analysis cycle. The instrument was based on laser spectroscopy technique and the BoxCar, DAQ, spectrometer and other key components controlled by LabVIEW routine while data acquisition and spectral analysis were performed. The carbon element in coal was measured and the SD values of accuracy did not exceed 1.6%. It fully meets the analysis requirements of the coal fired power plants. This method can be extended to mining, environmental protection, medicine, materials, archeology, food safety, biological, metallurgical and other application areas.
