基于XML技术的ATS故障树模型描述与设计

ATS Fault Tree Model Description and Design Based on XML Technology

针对当前自动测试系统对于开放性体系结构的要求,以及期望达到通用测试软件模块可移植和重用的目的,通过尝试利用流行的XML语言构建ATS故障树模型,安排测试项目、诊断项目、维修项目,设计诊断步骤等,为测试软件的程序提供必要的控制信息和充分的测试信息,降低测试软件编程的复杂度,以实现测试软件流程设计的标准化、通用化、规范化。将XML技术构建故障树模型应用于具体工程实践,效果良好,为测试程序设计提供了一个范本。在通用测试系统软件(为同类装备接口设计的测试软件)的设计中,建议考虑使用XML技术。

Open system structure and portable testing software module is required of designing the automatic testing equipment（ATE）,while extensible markup language（XML） is prevalent in information exchange and frame standardization.XML Schema is used in building ATS Fault Tree Model,schedule testing items,diagnosing items,repairing items and diagnostic flow chart,in order to predigest the design of the testing software,reducing complexity of programming and provide essential control information and adequate testing information,such as input signal,output result and so on.This is an example for XML application in the ATS design for the programmer.To design such testing software,the author suggests considering using XML technology.
