摘要
谢一矿5111B11b煤层顶板为复合顶板,顺槽掘进采用大断面高预紧力超强锚网索组合支护,高预紧力超强锚网索通过组合支护构件将支护应力扩散到围岩中,在顶板产生应力区,形成刚性顶板,从而有效控制顶板离层与碎胀。高预应力支护系统能保持顶板完整,顶板的完整使得应力二次分布平缓降低煤帮中的集中应力,从而显著减小两帮破坏范围与变形量。大断面复合顶板高预紧力超强锚网索组合支护技术的成功运用,拓宽了超强锚网索组合支护使用范围,在矿区类似巷道支护方面具有重要意义。
The roof of 5111B11b coal bed in Xieyi mine is composite roof,the bolt-net-anchor supporting technology with high pre-tightening and super strength was adopted in gate excavation,the supporting stress was diffused into the surrounding rock by bolt-net-anchor with high pre-tightening and high strength supporting unit,the stress pattern was formed in roof,then the stiff roof was formed so as to effectively control the roof delamination and broken expansion.The high pretension supporting system can maintain the integrity of roof,then the concentrated stress in coal side was decreased slowly owing to second stress distribution because of perfect roof,thus,the destruction range and deformation of two small-scale sides were reduced obviously.The successful application of bolt-net-anchor combination supporting technology with super strength in large-section composite roof broadened the using range of bolt-net-anchor combination supporting technology with super strength,it has important significance for similar roadway support in mine.
