摘要
本文介绍了一种在含有内边界的加工区域内按环形切削方式规划刀具轨迹的方法。首先,取加工区域某一内边界按等距步距向外等距,如果等距后的轨迹环与其它内边界发生干涉,则将两环做片操作,如果等距后的轨迹环与外边界发生干涉,则将两环做交操作,从而得到铷始轨迹环。其次。将与外边界做交操作得到的轨迹环中与外边界重复的区间删除,形成一些非封闭的轨迹环,然后按一定顺序将得到的封闭及非封闭轨迹环连接得到该区域的粗加工环切轨迹。利用该方法得到的粗加工轨迹能够有效地减少刀具全吃刀以及提高加工效率。
In this paper, a method that is used to plan tool-path of rough machining based on spiral cutting in the machining area which has inner boundaries is presented. Firstly, offsetting one of the inner boundaries with the defined step outside and if the loops, the result of the offsetting operation, intervene with other inner boundaries, the union operation is executed on them; if the loops are interfered with the outer boundary, the intersecting operation is applied on them. Secondly, removing the overlapping intervals from the loops which result from the intersecting operation and constructing some unclosed loops, then link these closed or unclosed loop to generate the tool-path of the machining area. The tool-path based on this method reduces the situation that the tool cuts the material in all directions validly and promotes the machining efficiency significantly.
