摘要
综述了国内外铜阳极泥处理工艺,重点比较了国内传统的半湿法工艺和国外以火法为主的卡尔多炉工艺的优缺点。在大规模处理铜阳极泥和满足高环保低能耗要求方面,卡尔多炉工艺的优势更加明显。本文通过理论分析,初步探讨了阳极泥浸出渣在氧气斜吹旋转转炉中的还原氧化过程,介绍了国内设计的氧气斜吹旋转转炉系统,对阳极泥加压浸出、浸出渣干燥、配料、熔炼、吹炼及金银阳极板浇铸等整个工艺过程进行了系统设计和论述。
The domestic and foreign copper anode slime treatment processes were summarized, and the advantages and disadvantages of domestic traditional semi-hydrometallurgical process flow and Kaldo furnace process dominated by pyrometallurgy were mainly compared. The advantage of Kaldo furnace was obvious in the large-scale copper anode slime treatment and low power consumption to meet the high environmental requirements. Based on theoretical analysis, the reduction and oxidation process of leaching residue of copper anode slime in oxygen inclined blowing rotating converter was preliminarily discussed, the oxygen inclined blowing rotating converter system designed by China was introduced, and the whole technological process of gold-silver anode plate were systematically designed and discussed, including the process of anode slime pressure leaching, leaching residue drying, proportioning, smelting and blowing, and the casting, etc.
