还原焙烧处理拜耳法赤泥的试验研究

在三水铝土矿溶出赤泥中按比例配入碱粉、石灰、还原剂等,混合后在高温状态下进行还原焙烧,提取有价金属。分别考察了配料比、焙烧条件、溶出条件对提取金属铁特性及铁还原率的影响。该工艺在产出优质海绵铁的同时,可以溶出氧化铝和氧化钠。

The sodium carbonate,lime,reducing agent,etc.were added into red mud digested from gibbsite ac cording to proportion,and mixed marerial was reduction roasting at high temperature,and the valuable metals were extracted.The influence of burden ratio,roasting condition and digestion condition on property of extracted metallic iron and reduction rate were surveyed respectively.The high quality sponge iron was produced,at the same time the alumina and sodium oxide were digested.
