This essay is to analyze the Taiwan＇ s business investment in Vietnam in aspect of market shares, investment areas and the investment sectors. Furthermore, comparing with the business investment from Guangdong and Taiwan in Vietnam, this essay presents the similarity and the specific features in their business investments in these two areas in Vietnam. It＇s recommended that government in Guangdong should reinforce the investment policy in Vietnam by taking good advantage of the geographical strength and overseas Chinese people in the local area to promote the economic prospect in Guangdong as well as Vietnam.
