摘要
SRY既睾丸决定因子,它是决定动物性别的Y染色体上的一个微小片段,它携带有睾丸特异性转录密码,在动物性别决定的关键时期对机体发出遗传信息,将原始性腺的生殖背导向睾丸的发育,SRY在动物性别决定中能够介导其他转录因子间的相互作用并能改变这些转录因子到染色质内的靶位点。在动物性别向雌性发育的通路上SRY起到了一个阻遏子的作用。根据SRY的作用提出动物性别的决定模式及其在动物性别控制中的应用。
SRY, testis determining factor,is a tiny fragment of DNA in chromsome determining animal sex,with specific testicular transcript code which give off genetic information to the tody during the critical period determining sex so that the genital ridge of primordial gonad is developed into testis. SRY is able to participate in the interaction among some transcriptons and to change the target loci of these transcriptons in chromtain . SRY plays the part of a repressor in the feminization. The mode of SRY determining animal sex is proposed according to the role of SRY.
