Studies on Determination Vitamin B_(12)、B_6 in the Premix Feed by RPLC

反相色谱法测定饲料预混剂中的水溶性维生素Ｂ１２、Ｂ６，采用ＧＢ／Ｔ１４７０２－１９９３提取方法，甲醇—水—磷酸—辛基磺酸（辛基磺酸为添加离子对试剂）作流动相，Ｃ１８为固定相，用紫外可见光检测器，既得到良好的分离效果，测定结果准确，又使检测时间大大缩短。

Water solubility vitamin B 12 ,B 6 of the premix feed are determinated by RPLC,according to abstract method of GB/T 14702 1993 of Peoples Republic of China. Methyl Water Phosphoric acid Pctylsulfoacid(PICB) as a mobile phase;C 18 as a stationary phase;The separation and analysis result were exect and rapid by UV detector.
