葡萄糖胰岛素释放试验对估价糖尿病的胰岛β细胞功能及其治疗效果探讨

Evaluation of glucose insulin release test on function state of islet β cells and therapeutic effect of diabetics

对36例糖尿病人进行葡萄糖胰岛素释放试验(GIRT),结果糖耐量与胰岛素释放曲线与健康人比较明显降低(P<0.01);据患者β细胞功能状态,其胰岛素释放线态呈“胰岛素分泌缺乏型”(DIS)、“胰岛素分泌不足型”(IIS)及“高胰岛素分泌型”(HIS)、三型胰岛素分泌值、各项胰岛素分泌指数、血糖面积与胰岛素面积比较具有重要的统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后,HIS型与IIS型者上述参数指标可获明显改善。由于提示GIRT对估价糖尿病患者细胞功能状态、疾病诊断分型、治疗效果以及预后判断都有较大实用价值。

The glncose insulin release test(GIRT)was applied in 36 diabetics (9 were IDDM, 27 were NIDDM)and in 17 healthy subjects. It was found: (1) The glucose tolerance and insulin release levels were markedly lower than healthy subjects (P<0.01); (2) According to function State of β-cells, the curve of release test in patients with diabetes mellitus were presented as the type of high insulin secretion (HIS), inadequate insulin secretion (IIS) and deficient insulin secretion (DIS). The comparison of insulin secetioa level,every insulin secretion index,silhouettes of blood glucose and plasma insulin in three types was markedly significant statistically (P<0.01); (3) After treat meat above-mentioned indexes may obtained obvious improve meats in diabetics of HIS and IIS. All these indicate that GIRT is of specific value in evaluating the β-cell function state, diagnosis, classification, theraputic effect and prognosis of diabetics
