不同浓度的盐溶液及浸泡时间对旋毛虫幼虫囊包的影响

Different concentrations of salt solution and soaking time on the impact of Trichinella spiralis larvae capsules

目的:探讨不同浓度的盐溶液及浸泡时间对旋毛虫幼虫囊包的影响。方法:旋毛虫幼虫感染150只健康小鼠,随机分为30组,每组5只小白鼠,配制0.85%、2.85%、4.85%、8.85%、12.85%、16.85%的不同浓度的盐溶液,每只小鼠饲喂40条经不同浓度盐溶液及浸泡时间处理的旋毛虫幼虫,饲养小鼠50天后解剖,观察旋毛虫囊包活性。结果:旋毛虫幼虫囊包经盐溶液和不同浸泡时间处理后,解剖后镜检发现囊包的情况如下:浸泡1小时后0.85%、2.85%、4.85%、8.85%、12.85%、16.85%全部都发现有旋毛虫囊包,浸泡3小时和6小时后0.85%、2.85%、4.85%、8.85%均发现囊包,剩余两组未发现囊包,浸泡12小时后0.85%、2.85%、4.85%发现囊包,2.85%、4.85%、8.85%未发现囊包,浸泡18小时后都未发现囊包。结论:较高浓度和(或)较长浸泡时间对旋毛虫幼虫囊包有杀灭作用。

Objective：To study the concentration of salt solution and soaking time on the impact of Trichinella spiralis larvae capsules.Methods：Trichinella spiralis muscle larvae infected 150 healthy mice,randomly dirided into 30 groups,5 mice per group,the preparation of 0.85%,2.85%,4.85%,8.85%,12.85%,16.85% of the different concentrations of salt solutions,each of 40 mice fed amended with different concentrations of salt solution and soaking time to deal with Trichinella larvae,dissected 50 days after breeding mice to observe the activity of Trichinella spiralis larvae capsules.Results： Trichinella spiralis larvae capsules by salt solution and after different soaking time,anatomical capsular after the examination found that the situation is as follows： Soak 1 hour 0.85%,2.85%,4.85%,8.85%,12.85%,16.85% are found in all with Trichinella spiralis capsules,soak 3 hours and 6 hours after the 0.85%,2.85%,4.85%,8.85% were found in capsules,capsule not found in the remaining two bags,soaked for 12 hours after the 0.85%,2.85%,4.85% found capsulars,2.85%,4.85%,8.85% capsule not found,failed to find after 18 hours immersed capsules.Conclusions： The higher concentration and（or） a longer soaking time on a kill Trichinella spiralis larvae capsules.
