检验科电脑细菌监测结果分析

Investigation on Bacterial Contamination of Computer mice and Keyboards in Laboratories

目的:了解我院检验科电脑鼠标、键盘细菌污染情况,提高检验人员职业防护意识。方法:对检验科11台电脑鼠标、键盘表面进行细菌学监测。结果:共采样22份,细菌污染率100%,卫生合格率45.5%,菌落计数最高达57 CFU/cm2。结论:检验科电脑细菌污染严重,应加强消毒管理,提高手卫生执行率,重视监督监测。

Objective：To investigate the bacterial contamination of computer mice and keyboards in laboratories in our hospital to provide evidence for their disinfection and enhancing prevention precautions.Methods：A total of 22 bacterial samples were collected from 11 computer mice and keyboards in laboratories in our hospital to determine the bacterial contamination of these office tools.Results： The contamination rate was 100% and sanitary qualification rate 45.5%.The highest bacterial colony count was 57 CFU/cm2.Conclusions： There was severe bacterial contamination in computers,we should paid close attention to it and strengthen the education of hand hygiene and raising the executable rate of hand hygiene.
